BUREX, s.r.o. has been operating in the market since 1995 as a supplier of computer technology, software, and commodities. Currently, the company offers assembly work in the field of electrical engineering, the production of electrical switchboards, and mechanical engineering manufacturing.
Its activities are based on the extensive experience of the company’s management and employees. The company has established, documented, and implemented a quality management system in accordance with STN EN ISO 9001:2016/EN ISO 9001:2015.
In 2015, BUREX, s.r.o. expanded its activities to include sheet metal cutting technologies and chip machining of metals.
In May, the company launched a state-of-the-art facility capable of offering flexible processing and welding of 3D sheet metal parts and structural components.
The facility consists of a TruLaser Cell 7040 (L13) laser system with a high-performance CO2 laser TruFlow 5000 with a power of 5 kW and a TruLaser Cell 8030 (L60) laser system equipped with a TruDisk solid-state laser with a power of 2 kW. In 2024, it was further enhanced with a TruLaser Cell 3000 (L34) system featuring a TruDisk 4 kW solid-state laser. To complement the sheet metal processing technology, the facility was also equipped with a TruBend 3100 press brake with a beam length of 3060 mm and a pressing force of 1000 kN.
The mentioned equipment from TRUMPF Laser und Systemtechnik GmbH is capable of cutting, bending, and welding iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and other metal materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 20 mm (depending on the specific metal properties).
The chip machining facility is equipped with vertical CNC machining centers HAAS VF-3YT, HAAS VF-9/50, HAAS VF-6SS, a horizontal CNC machining center HAAS EC-1600, and a 5-axis machining center HAAS UMC-750.
The design preparation of products and technological fixtures utilizes the latest versions of SolidWORKS, SolidCAM, and TruTops Cell software tools.
