BUREX, s.r.o. is a Slovak supplier of electro technical products, computing and software. It has been operating since 1995. Currently it offers assembly work in the field of electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. In its activities, it relies on long-standing company management experience and its employees.
The company has built, documented and introduced the quality management system according to STN EN ISO 9001: 2016 / EN ISO 9001: 2015, which creates a prerequisite for the quality of the work performed.
In 2015 the company BUREX, s.r.o. has expanded its business activities with the technology of sheet metal cutting and metal machining. In May, the company launched a cutting-edge workplace capable of offering flexible machining and welding of 3D sheet metal components and structural elements. The workplace is located in the Hliny industrial park in Nová Dubnica Slovak Republic.
The workplace consists of a TruLaser Cell 7040 (L13) laser system equipped with a powerful 5 kW TruFlow 5000 CO2 laser and TruLaser Cell 8030 (L60) laser system equipped with TruDisk 2 kW fiber laser.
The workplace is equipped with SW tools SOLIDWORKS 2018 for construction and design of products, TruTops Cell series 7000/8000 for processing of manufacturing documentation, including Laser Cutting 3D module for processing of preparations.
To complement the sheet metal processing technology, the TruBend 3100 Bending press is installed at the workstation with a 3060 mm rail and a pushing force of 1000 kN.
These machines were supplied by TRUMPF Laser-und Systemtechnik GmbH, Germany and are capable of cutting, bending and welding iron, stainless steel and aluminum.
We carry out the machining on the HAAS VF-3YT 3-axis CNC Vertical Machining center and the HAAS EC-1600 CNC Horizontal Machining Center.
For the production of small and medium metal structures, we own a band saw and welding machine MIG.
